Fall Cohort: May 1st, 2026
  • TEAS Information
  • 54% is recommended on each of the TEAS sections (Math, Reading, English, and Science)
  • Study Guides available at the school for purchase
  • TEAS entrance exam must be taken on-site and is only valid for 12 months
  • 54% benchmark is recommended to complete the remediation packet and wait 30 days to retake the TEAS entrance exam.

Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS)
Benchmark: recommended score of 54% on each section.
Subjects: Reading, Math, Science, and English.

Submit current proof of American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.

Submit Two (2) letters of recommendation from either a physician, professor, healthcare professional, or employer/supervisor.

What's Next?

Students who meet the required TEAS score will be contacted for an interview. Interviewed candidates will then take a faculty-generated exam. Once the final cohort is selected, accepted students will be notified and invited to the mandatory student orientation on October 2-3. Classes officially begin on January 12.

Prior to applying to the vocational nursing program, please ensure you have the following required items.

You will need :
  • Up-to-date vaccination record
  • Proof of current health insurance
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification that will remain active for the duration of the program (valid for one year)
